Master of Engineering in Computer Science, Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium; Master of Computer Science, University of Nevada, Reno, USA; PhD in Artificial Intelligence for Design Automation from Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands; university level lecturer for five years in undergraduate and graduate programs in Algorithm Design, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Fundamentals, Algorithms and Data Structures, Computer Programming Languages, Expert Systems, Introduction to Computer Science and IT, and AI for Industrial Design.
More than 40 years of experience in Information Technology as an academic,  researcher, project manager and collaborator on various research projects; president of Farda info Co working in a non-academic environment focusing  on developing businesses and deploying computational techniques; and  worked at Crosslinks Co, Rotterdam, as a senior scientific developer in application-oriented research in Bioinformatics; and researcher within the Architecture Department, Delft.
 Fluent in English, Farsi (Persian), Azari (Azerbaijani) and conversant with Dutch and Arabic.
