Independent Sr. Consultant in Process Engineering in the Netherlands; over 35 years’ experience in process engineering design, operation and manufacturing processes troubleshooting in the oil refining, gas processing and petrochemical industry, including assessment of Markets Insights & Technology Intelligence. Directed verification teams during his tenure as Chemical Production Technologist for OPCW; heldresponsibilities in project development managing teams of engineers and technicians in Chemical plants design. 

PhD degree in Process & Environmental Engineering from INSA (Institut National Des Sciences Apliquees-Toulouse); Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Institut National Polytechnique Toulouse; and a Chemical Engineering Degree from Universidad Experimental Politecnica – Venezuela.
