Work experience includes Director/Chief Bureau of Fire Protection; Officer-in-charge Bureau of Fire Protection; Deputy Chief of for Operations/National Focal Point for CBRN Issues in the Philippines; Director for Public Safety and Security, Anti-Terrorism Council Coordinating Center of the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency. Served as lecturer in CBRN and HazMat in various countries and for the UN and the OPCW; represented and acted as the lead Philippines Contingent for the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention (BWC) Meeting of Experts in Geneva; and provided practical training of HazMat/CBRN courses to first responders.
